Zomind Rafir

Compare ⚖️ knitting swatches before and after blocking to plan 🗺️ your gauge. Zomind Rafir is a ledger for knitters who swatch. Measure 📐 a swatch before blocking, measure it again after, and see 👀 how much the fabric changed. Knitted fabric rarely keeps its size once it is washed and pinned. Zomind Rafir keeps each swatch with its yarn, needle, stitch pattern 🔢 and dye lot, so you can compare ⚖️ results instead of guessing. What you can do: - Keep a swatch ledger with search 🔍 and filters by yarn, blocking method and status. - Record stitch and row counts at several spots, before and after blocking. - Watch 👀 a before-and-after view that shows how the swatch grew or shrank, with the shift for each spot. - Log 📝 how you blocked: soak and pin, steam or spray, water temperature, wool wash and drying time ⏱️. - Store your yarn stash with fibre, weight, metres per 100 g and dye lots. - See 👀 the blocking shift for each yarn by method, in a bar chart 📊 and a scatter plot. - Spot a dye lot that blocks differently from the others. - Track your needles by size, material and type ⌨️, and view the shift by needle material. - Use the gauge planner 🗺️. Enter the gauge your pattern 🔢 asks for and get the unblocked gauge to aim for. - Browse a needle size chart 📊, a list 📋 of stitch patterns, and typical shift ranges for each fibre. - Choose centimetres or inches and set your own defaults. Your data stays on your device 📱, and the app works without a connection. Use Zomind Rafir to cast on with more confidence.
