Body By Keke - Mind

Your fifteen minutes. Actually taken. BodyByKeke: Mind is a self care app and me time planner — a quiet place to schedule time for yourself, track your mood, and keep a private journal only you can read. PLAN ME TIME, THEN ACTUALLY TAKE IT Block me time in your day, set an intention, and get one gentle reminder when it comes around. Your self care sessions can mirror to your Google Calendar, so time for yourself sits alongside everything else you committed to. CIRCLES — SELF CARE ACCOUNTABILITY WITH FRIENDS Most habit trackers ask you to keep yourself honest. Circles ask a few friends to help. Invite up to seven people you already know, and they see three things: whether you took time for yourself today, your daily check-in streak, and an optional mood indicator you choose to share. They can send a short encouragement, or propose a self care session you take together. There is no feed, no followers, and no strangers. Circles are invite-only through a code you share directly, and you can mute, leave, or block from inside the app at any time. A PRIVATE JOURNAL NOBODY ELSE CAN READ This is a private diary in the real sense. Journal entries are encrypted on your device with AES-256 before they are ever uploaded. We store only the encrypted text and cannot open it — not for support, not for analytics, not at all. Deleted entries wait 30 days in Recently Deleted in case you change your mind. MOOD TRACKER, WITHOUT THE HOMEWORK Check in with one tap a day. Watch your mood patterns build over weeks, keep a streak going, and see how much me time you have actually taken. RITUALS Build a self care ritual step by step — breathe, journal, rest, use a product — each step with its own timer. Press start and follow it through. TIPS, AUDIO AND THE SHOP Keke's self care tips and writing, updated regularly. Guided meditations and affirmations in her own voice. And the BodyByKeke shop, without leaving the app. WHAT'S FREE The me time scheduler, mood check-ins, the encrypted journal, tips and the shop cost nothing.
