● 수면 주기 - 1단계 ~ 4단계까지 이루어지는 데 보통 1단계에서 꿈을 꾸게 됩니다. - 잠들기 시작해서 1-2-3-4-3-2-1단계로 진행하는 데 여기까지가 1주기이고 90분 정도가 걸리게 됩니다. 보통 4단계까지 갔다 오는 수면 주기는 처음 2주기입니다. 수면 주기가 지날 수록 3단계 혹은 2단계까지밖에 도달하지 못 하게 됩니다. - 보통 4단계까지 갔다가 1단계에 도달했을 때 깨는 것이 꿀잠을 잤다고 할 수 있습니다. 1단계가 아닌 특히 4단계에서 깨게 되면 잠을 잔 시간에 상관없이 피로함을 느낄 수 있습니다. ● 잠자기 - 원하는 수면 주기 횟수를 선택하고 잠자기 버튼을 터치하면 수면음이 수면 유도 시간을 포함하여 적절한 시간동안 재생됩니다. - 기본 추천 수면 주기는 5주기입니다. - 기상시간이 다가오면 기상음이 재생되기 시작합니다. ● 수면음 - 수면 단계에 들어가는 시간을 포함해서 수면음을 들려줍니다. 처음 소리는 디바이스에 설정된 미디어 볼륨에서 시작해서 차츰 작아집니다. ● 기상음 - 기상 시간에 맞춰 기상음을 들려줍니다. 시간이 지날수록 소리는 디바이스에 설정된 미디어 볼륨까지 차츰 커져갑니다. ● 소리 - 미리 포함된 두 개의 소리와 추가로 다운로드받아서 사용할 수 있는 소리들이 준비되어 있습니다. - 기기에 있는 다른 음악 파일을 연결하여 사용할 수 있습니다. - 기기에 내장된 벨소리도 사용할 수 있습니다. ● 설정 - 수면음과 기상음을 재생하는 시간과 소리의 크기를 설정할 수 있습니다 ---- 개발자 연락처 : 김정오 월드컵로3길 14 202동 2006호 마포구, 서울특별시 04024 South Korea 해당없음 해당없음 해당없음
