Designed for both public users and BMC officials, this app enables quick reporting, efficient tracking, and timely grievance resolution. The app is divided into two user roles: Citizens BMC Employees Citizen View – Report Potholes in Just 5 Taps Citizens can easily log in using their mobile number and OTP, and register a pothole grievance in just a few taps.
