Swap Margin is an offline-first seat-race sheet for rowing coaches who run one named race at a time and need lineup answers on the water—not buried in a generic notes list. Cold start opens the fullscreen dual-shell board: Boat A and Boat B side by side with numbered seats, rower chips, piece distance, stroke rate, and before/after times. Swap a paired seat across boats, log the next piece, and the sheet computes each pair’s swing margin in seconds. Repeated pieces feed a ranking board so you see which combinations bought or cost time.
