Full description
FitTrack turns the sets you log into a clear picture of your training. No account. No sign-up. Everything stays on your phone. WHAT YOU GET, FREE Build a plan that fits A training plan around your goals, your schedule, and the equipment you actually have access to, with exercises matched to your training experience instead of thrown at you. Log sets and reps in a couple of taps and get back to your session. Watch your strength climb Every lift you log feeds a Strength Score that shows where you stand and which way you're heading. Your top five lifts are charted back to your very first session. Personal records Track your best lifts and watch them move as you get stronger. A body map of your training See at a glance which muscles you've been hitting hard and which ones you've been quietly skipping. Heart rate, all of it Average and max for the session, exercise by exercise, set by set, and how far your heart rate drops in the minute after a hard lift. All free, always. A real app on your wrist A full Wear OS app. Start a workout, log every set, run the rest timer, rate your effort and finish from the watch, with heart rate straight off the watch's own sensor. It carries your week's plan and runs whole workouts with your phone at home, syncing when it's back in range. Supersets flow without a rest, a personal best is called out the moment you hit it, and a plate calculator is a tap from the weight. A tile shows today's workout one swipe from your watch face, and a complication puts it on the face itself. Free, the whole thing. Rest timer that actually lands Set the length once and get a buzz on the second, even with the screen off, even after a restart. Food Check Reading a label? Enter the protein, carbs and fat to see the calories and where they really come from. Health Connect, both ways Bring in weight, steps and heart rate from Samsung Health, Google Health and anything else that speaks Health Connect. Send your finished workouts back out - the session, the calories you burned and your workout heart rate - so they show up alongside the rest of your health data. You choose what FitTrack may read and write when you connect, and you can change or revoke it any time. Your data stays yours Export everything to a single file whenever you want, and import it on a new phone. No account required, ever. FITTRACK PRO An optional subscription that adds the coaching layer: - Auto-progression. FitTrack reads your last session on every lift and tells you whether to add weight, hold, or back off, and why. - Deload guidance. Your recent training read for flattening progress, volume spikes, and missed rest days, so you can ease off before you stall. - Nutrition coaching. Daily calorie and macro targets, a food diary that's one tap per food once you've saved it, and a Fuel Score that grades what you actually ate. - Calories per workout, per exercise, and in your weekly recap, worked out from your heart rate, weight, age and sex. - Unlimited personal records, with one-rep max estimates worked out from the sets you already logged. - Every lift charted, not just your top five. - Bodyweight standards. Every lift you train ranked against your own bodyweight, with the weight you need for the next rung. - Rebuild your plan from what you've actually trained. The lifts you're progressing on carry over at the weight you've earned, and the accessory work rotates to what you've done least. - Drop sets, and unlimited saved workout templates. Pro changes what FitTrack shows you. It never locks away what you've already put in. Cancel any time and every workout you've logged stays exactly where it is. Subscriptions are billed through your Google Play account and renew until canceled. Prices are shown in Google Play before you buy. Manage or cancel anytime in Google Play under Payments and subscriptions. FitTrack is a training log and general fitness tool. It is not a medical device, and it does not provide medical advice.

What's new

Your watch now stands alone: it carries your week's plan and runs whole workouts with your phone at home, syncing when it returns. Its screens are tiles - recovery, on deck, this week with supersets that flow, a PR moment when you beat your best, and a plate calculator. Dial a weight or reps once, and every later set follows. Cardio gets a real Start and Stop with undo. Save any day as a reusable workout, and move or swap two days in a tap. Fits every watch font size.
