Elita Blueprint Pet Health

Elita Blueprint is a preventative health app for your dog. We turn vet records and your daily observations into a Blueprint: a living picture of your dog's health that gets sharper the more you add. Recommendations come from a library reviewed by Elita's clinical team, a head veterinarian and biological scientists. WHAT'S INSIDE Your dog's Blueprint. Scored across three key areas: Physical Markers, Internal Markers, and Mental Wellness. Vet records, organised. Upload them yourself, or let Elita's Vet Records Concierge request them from your clinic on your behalf. Check-ins. Two-minute owner check-ins that capture what changes day to day. Your dog's profile gets richer over time. Insights. Generated automatically from what you upload. Patterns in records, shifts in check-ins, and what they mean for your dog. Recommendations. Drawn from a library of preventative health, lifestyle, and longevity guidance, reviewed by Elita's clinical team. Personalised to your dog through their profile, records, and check-ins, so you know what to do next and when something is worth a vet visit. Chat. A guided way to ask questions about your dog, grounded in their records and current canine health science. Longevity view. Measure markers and observations over time so you can see what's shifting and act early. Calendar and reminders. Keep preventative care, check-ins, and vet visits on schedule. HOW IT WORKS 1. Add your dog. Breed, age, weight. 2. Upload vet records, or let Elita's Vet Records Concierge request them from your clinic on your behalf (with your consent). 3. Complete a check-in. Two minutes. 4. Watch your dog's Blueprint populate. 5. Add new records and check-ins over time. Insights compound. Recommendations get more personalised. WHO IT'S FOR Dog owners who want more good years with their dog. Owners who'd rather catch shifts early than wait for something to go wrong. People who want a clearer picture of their pet between vet visits. A NOTE ON THE PRODUCT Elita Blueprint is a preventative health product for pets. It supports preventative care and isn't a replacement for veterinary advice. For urgent concerns, see your vet.
