Coordinate room turnaround through housekeeping work queues, task allocation, operational messages, dirty-room clearance and the Command Center. Record and manage lost-and-found items, missing items, damage reports and other room-related concerns so the appropriate teams can respond efficiently. Restaurant Point of Sale: Access restaurant tables and active orders, review kitchen and item selections, create bills and support configured settlement workflows. BluePMS connects permitted users to the hotel’s POS environment for faster coordination between service, kitchen and billing teams. Reports and Operational Insights: Open operational reports, configure dates and available filters, and review structured results from your mobile device. Supported reports may include charts, pivot-style views and export options. Dashboard widgets provide a quick overview of important hotel activity and operational priorities.
