BlueDog Qualifier

BlueDog Qualifier turns a home walkthrough into a credible budget before you leave the driveway. Built for residential AV integrators — the teams that design and install home audio, video, lighting, and automation — Qualifier replaces the notepad-now, spreadsheet-later routine with one tool that works the way a site visit actually goes. SCOPE THE JOB, YOUR WAY Capture on the spot or capture first and price later. Walk the house room by room, dictate what you see, photograph the floor plan, or type quick notes. Nothing forces you to price a job while standing next to the client. BUILD THE BUDGET IN MINUTES Estimates are good-better-best ranges, not rigid line items. Set a default tier for the whole job, then bump any room or any single line up a level — Better in the primary bedroom, Best in the home office. When a client asks for a specific product, drop the exact model in instead of a range. FLOOR PLANS THAT READ THEMSELVES Photograph or upload a floor plan and Qualifier drafts the room list for you. Every draft is yours to review and correct before it becomes part of the estimate — the app proposes, you decide. WORKS WHERE THE JOBS ARE Basements, new construction, rural builds. Qualifier is offline-first: create clients, build estimates, and edit scope with no signal at all. Everything syncs the moment you are back on a network, and your team sees it on their own devices. YOUR BRAND, NOT OURS Every surface your client sees carries your company's name, logo, and colors. Send an estimate for review and the client opens something that looks like it came from you. WIN THE DESIGN RETAINER Clients review, comment, approve, and pay the design retainer online. The retainer goes straight to your company. BACK OFFICE THAT KEEPS UP Manage your product catalog, labor rates, fees, and tier pricing once, and every rep estimates from the same numbers. Invite your team, manage seats, and keep client records in one place. Qualifier is powered by BlueDog Data and built on the BlueDog scope-to-retainer methodology. A subscription is required after the free trial.
