Blueback Home Vous souhaitez instaurer un rituel quotidien d'entrainement au gainage profond? Vous faites des séances de Blueback Physio chez votre kinésithérapeute? Entraînez-vous à la maison entre vos séances!! Apprenez à contracter et relâcher vos abdominaux profonds selon des rythmes imposés afin de renforcer votre sangle abdominale, et d'améliorer votre posture. Chaque séance peut se faire en mode libre dans lequel vous choisissez vos propres paramètres, soit en mode guidé, ou vous allez suivre une évolution programmée à l'avance pour vous faire évoluer selon des difficultés croissantes. Suivez simplement les indications à l'écran pour contracter et relâcher au bon moment. Une jauge vous indique votre avancement dans la séance. Dans votre Profil, suivez vos entraînements et consultez directement le nombre de séances réalisées et les minutes d’entraînements déjà à votre actif. Faire ces séances régulièrement aide à améliorer la tonicité des muscles profonds, augmenter la force du tronc, améliorer votre cycle respiratoire et limiter les douleurs de dos.
