BloomNav Live

BloomNav is the supervisor app for running your team. You open it when you need to know who is working, where they are, what got done, and which customer issues still need an owner. That is the whole point. Your team Create employee profiles and group people into departments. Follow activity through work logs so you are not relying on scattered messages. Customer request forms: Bring customer service requests into one place, assign them to the right person or team, and watch them move toward resolution. Use the history when you need to explain what happened and how long it took. Field locations: See your people on a live map. Work logs can carry location detail and accuracy context, which helps when the day is spread across sites or the road. Reports you can actually use: Pull work log reports with location detail, share them with teammates, or export them when payroll, audits, or follow ups need a clean record. The interface stays simple on purpose. You should be able to check statuses and take action from a phone or tablet instantly. Built for managing field service, multi site operations, remote crews, and teams that handle customer service. BloomNav asks only for the permissions it needs. Location use stays transparent, and access follows the roles your company sets. If you supervise the people who keep the work moving, this is the app meant for you.
