Block Fitness helps invited members stay connected to coach-led training. Open assigned workouts, preview exercises, follow guided sessions, log completed work, and review your training week from one mobile app. Features: - Coach-assigned workouts and weekly training overview - Guided workout sessions with set logging - Workout history, progress stats, and PR tracking - Schedule and calendar views when enabled - Profile, privacy, feedback, and account settings Access is invitation-only and managed by Block Fitness. Block Fitness is for fitness and wellness. It is not medical software or medical advice.
