Build a stronghold, choose your hero, and fight beside your defenses when darkness falls. Wardlight combines tower defense strategy with action survival combat. Gather resources, build walls, turrets and traps, then take your hero into battle to protect the crystal Core. Your defenses hold the line while you move, attack and unleash abilities against the incoming horde. BUILD BEFORE NIGHT FALLS Collect wood, stone and iron during the preparation phase. Shape enemy routes with walls, cover the approaches with turrets, and place traps where monsters will pass. Upgrade your defenses and repair damaged walls before the next attack. FIGHT BESIDE YOUR DEFENSES Take control of your hero as the battlefield comes alive. Move between threatened positions, use your abilities, and deal with enemies that fly over walls, smash through defenses or support the horde. Protect the Core and keep yourself alive. CHOOSE FROM FIVE HEROES • Archmage: Fight with magic bolts and powerful spells. • Engineer: Build for less and strengthen your turrets. • Warden: Hold the line with tougher defenses and recovery abilities. • Warrior: Get close with melee cleaves and lifesteal. • Ranger: Attack at range and summon wolves and owls to fight alongside you. Level up your classes to unlock more abilities and discover the playstyle that suits you. CONQUER 27 BATTLEFIELDS Battle through forests, snowy passes, deserts, wetlands and graveyards. Each map calls for a different plan. Defend your Core, clear monster hordes, destroy nests, advance toward a warlord or hunt a powerful boss. Face dragons, liches and behemoths. Watch for incoming attacks, dodge their strikes, and find your chance to hit back. SHAPE EACH RUN Choose upgrades as you gain power and collect relics that strengthen your run. Build around your hero's attacks, abilities or defenses. Night omens change the conditions, giving you new reasons to rethink your strategy.
