Black Hawk Security Services

At Black Hawk Security Services, we provide highly trained security officers for residential properties and homes across the Bahamas. Our app is designed to enhance the client experience by offering tools to monitor security officers’ work and activities. Clients receive real-time notifications for any unwanted incidents occurring on their property, ensuring timely action and peace of mind. Through the app, clients gain access to detailed activity data for security officers assigned to their property. This includes regular updates on checkpoint visits, ensuring that patrols are conducted effectively and on time. Clients can view all activities logged with accurate timestamps, providing a complete overview of their property’s security status. Additionally, clients can access detailed profiles of their security personnel, including names, photos, and information about shift start and end times. This level of transparency ensures trust and confidence in the services provided. Our gate officers also play a crucial role in maintaining security. By using the app, they log check-in and check-out data for all visitors and personnel entering and exiting the property. This creates a digital gate pass book, allowing clients to track movements and maintain a secure environment. Furthermore, the app includes a feature that enables clients to contact our support team directly and report any concerns or issues. This streamlined communication ensures that any problems are addressed promptly and effectively. Key Features 1.
