Lumen: AI Bible Companion

Lumen is an AI companion for reading Scripture — built for readers in English and French, from day one. Ask a question about a passage, a doctrine, or something weighing on your heart, and Lumen's AI Guide answers grounded in the text, citing the verses behind every response. Tell Lumen your tradition — Catholic, Evangelical, Pentecostal, or Orthodox — and it tailors its answers accordingly. For the hardest questions (grief, marriage, mental health), Lumen encourages you to bring them to a pastor or priest, not just an app. WHY LUMEN • A Guide, not a generic chatbot — every answer cites Scripture, so you can check it against the text yourself • Truly bilingual — native-quality French and English throughout, not a translation bolted onto an English app • Reading the Bible itself is always available, ad-supported, with no account required FREE • Read the full Bible in French (Louis Segond) or English (World English Bible) • Share a verse as a card (with the Lumen watermark) • Ad-supported LUMEN PLUS Create a free account and subscribe to unlock: • Ask the Guide — AI answers to your Bible questions, grounded in Scripture and tailored to your tradition • Verse-by-verse commentary • Every translation, including Darby and Martin in French, and the KJV and Berean Standard Bible in English • Reading plans — curated plans on themes like anxiety, grief, marriage, purpose, and healing, or ask Lumen to build one around what you're going through; bookmarks, highlights, and reading streaks are saved to your account • Sermon recorder — record a sermon or teaching and get an AI-generated summary, key points, and the verses it touched on • Listen to any chapter read aloud, with a choice of voices • Watermark-free, premium share card styles • Daily verse notifications and reminders, and an ad-free experience Lumen is not affiliated with any single denomination.
