Bizaxl School - Staff

Bizaxl School is the staff app for schools running the Bizaxl School management system. It puts the school day on the phone of the people who run it: mark a register between periods, check what a family owes before you call them, approve a lesson plan while you walk to a meeting. IMPORTANT — YOU NEED YOUR SCHOOL'S SERVER This app is not a standalone product. It connects to your school's own Bizaxl School installation, and you sign in with the address of that server plus the account your school issued you. If your school does not run Bizaxl School, this app will not work for you. Please check with your school office before installing. FOR SCHOOL STAFF ONLY Sign-in is limited to School Administrators, Principals and Teachers. Parents and students cannot sign in here — your school provides a separate portal for families. WHAT YOU SEE DEPENDS ON YOUR ROLE The app is one download for every member of staff, and it shows each person only the surfaces their role reaches. A teacher opens to their teaching day. A principal opens to the school's morning. An administrator opens to the whole school. ATTENDANCE • Mark a class register in two taps from launch — everyone starts present, so you only flip the exceptions • Present, absent, half day and authorised leave, each one tap • A child with no mark is shown as "not marked yet", never as absent • Mark the whole day, or a single period where your school records attendance that way • See at a glance which registers have not been taken TEACHING • Your timetable for the day and the week, in the right order • Lesson plans, approvals and syllabus coverage • Homework and daily updates • Cover for an absent colleague STUDENTS AND FAMILIES • Student, guardian and staff registers, searchable • Class rosters — place a student, take them off • Admissions: enquiries, applications and enrolment • Certificates, ID cards and transfer certificates MONEY • Who owes what, oldest first, with overdue clearly marked • Fee structures, late fee rules and concessions • Charge cycles and refunds • Grading scales that decide what a report card says THE WHOLE SCHOOL • Exams, marks, tabulation and report cards • HR: leave decisions, staff directory, biometric check-ins • Hostel, transport, library, labs and stores • Circulars and announcements to families • School setup: terms, periods, the academic calendar BUILT FOR A PHONE, NOT A SHRUNKEN DESKTOP Every screen is built for one hand and a few seconds. Figures are never stored and re-read — an attendance percentage is summed from the same registers the class teacher sees, so the head and the teacher cannot report a different morning about the same school. YOUR SCHOOL'S DATA STAYS YOUR SCHOOL'S The app talks only to your school's own server. There is no analytics, no advertising and no third-party tracking of any kind. Signing out clears everything held on the device — your session, the cached records and any document you downloaded. Connections are encrypted, and the app refuses to store a login against an insecure address. ABOUT THIS VERSION Recording a fee payment at the counter is turned off in this release pending a server-side change, and shows a notice where it would appear.
