Biojrnl is a private health journal. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition. Always speak to your doctor or another qualified health professional about your medicines or a medical condition. The quiet record of you. Most of us keep our health in pieces. A note in a phone, a letter in a drawer, and the rest in our heads. Then a doctor asks when it started, and we guess. Biojrnl is somewhere to write it down as it happens, in your own words, and keep it. WHAT YOU CAN KEEP • Symptoms, in your own words, on the day • Medications, with the dose, the timing and why you started, and reminders if you want them • Appointments, with the questions you want to ask and what was said afterwards • Vaccinations and their dates • Test results, typed in and kept • Documents and letters, photographed once • Emergency information, for anyone who might need it FOR SOMEONE YOU CARE FOR Keep a separate record for a parent, a child or anyone else you look after, kept apart from your own. SHARE ONLY WHAT YOU CHOOSE Give a carer or a family member access to specific parts of a record, and change or remove that access whenever you want. NO AI, AND NO CONNECTED DEVICES Nothing reads what you write. No model sees it, nothing is trained on it. Biojrnl does not connect to a watch, a ring or any other app. No adverts, and nothing sold to anybody. PRIVACY What you write is held in an encrypted database on your own phone. It reaches our servers only if you turn on backup, and you can turn that off.
