Pindbazaar

PindBazaar turns crop residue into clean energy by connecting every link of the biomass supply chain on one platform. Farmers can list their fields and request pickup of crop stubble, while VLEs (Village Level Entrepreneurs) accept the work, cut, rake, and bale the straw, with every stage documented through GPS-tagged photographs that farmers can view directly on their screens. Transporters move the collected bales to storage yards, stockists manage intake and inventory, and industries source verified biomass for clean fuel and energy. PindBazaar is built for every stakeholder in the ecosystem. Farmers can request stubble pickup, track work on their fields in real time, and follow their crop residue from field to fuel. VLEs can discover nearby work, accept jobs on a first-come-first-served basis, and receive optimised daily routes for the fields they have taken on. Surveyors can enroll farmers and support their onboarding, transporters can move biomass from storage yards to industries, stockists can manage storage, inventory, and dispatch, and industries can source traceable and verified biomass supply. What makes PindBazaar different is its focus on transparency, traceability, and field-level verification. GPS-verified photographs provide proof at every major stage of the process, including cutting, raking, and baling, ensuring that every activity is recorded and visible to the farmer. Real-time push notifications keep farmers and other stakeholders informed whenever a request changes status. A single phone number or email can support an account across multiple roles, making it easier for users who participate in different parts of the biomass supply chain. The platform is designed for real-world field conditions, with low-signal operation, minimal data usage, and support for Hindi and Punjabi. PindBazaar exists to transform agricultural waste from something that is burned into a structured and valuable supply chain—helping reduce air pollution, creating new income opportunities for farmers, enabling transparent biomass movement, and providing industries with verified biomass and traceable data to support clean energy and carbon-credit initiatives.
