Binny's Expense Tracker is an internal financial management tool built for Binny's trade show and exhibition operations. It replaces spreadsheets and paper logs with a single app for tracking every rupee, dollar, dirham, and any other currency that moves through an exhibition — from opening cash to final reconciliation. Multi-Exhibition Management Set up each trade show as its own exhibition with its dates, venue, and the currencies used at that event. Switch between exhibitions instantly to see data scoped to whichever event you're working on. Expense & Income Tracking Log every expense and income entry as it happens — amount, currency, category, payment type (cash or card), and an optional receipt photo. Custom exchange rates can be set per entry when the standard rate doesn't apply. Cash Allocation for Teams Admins allocate cash to specific team members for spending at the event. Each member sees exactly what they've been given, what they've spent, and what they have left — no more guessing who's holding how much cash. Forex Transfers Record every currency exchange — from-currency, to-currency, amount, and fees — so cash conversions are accounted for in the exhibition's overall balance, not lost in the shuffle. Live Cash Balance by Currency See real-time cash-on-hand for every currency in use: opening balance, plus cash income, minus cash expenses, plus/minus forex movement, minus fees — always up to date. Cash Reconciliation At the end of an exhibition, count physical cash and log the actual amount against what the system expects. Instantly see the difference — lost, miscounted, or extra — for every currency, with a full history of past reconciliations. Pre-Budgeted Costs Log expected costs (booth rental, logistics, etc.) before or during the event and mark them fixed or variable, so budget-vs-actual is always visible. Financial Reports Auto-generated reports show total spend and income per currency, P&L, cash flow, and a full transaction log — all converted to a base currency using the exchange rates set for that exhibition. Export to Excel (multi-sheet) or PDF for sharing and record-keeping. Exhibition Comparison Compare two exhibitions side by side — P&L, ROI, spend-per-day, and currency breakdown — to see which events actually performed best. Role-Based Access Admins get full financial oversight and cash-allocation controls. Team members get a focused view of their own cash balance and the expenses/income they're responsible for logging. This app is built exclusively for internal use by Binny's staff and requires a company-issued login. It is not intended for the general public and contains no features for external customers.
