Fopus - Real Progress Tracking

Fopus is a study timer that shows you where your hours actually went. Create a subject for each thing you study — Math, Biology, a language, a side project — give it a colour, and start the timer. Fopus tracks focus time per subject, so at the end of the week you know you did 6 hours of Physics and 40 minutes of Spanish, instead of guessing. THE TIMER COUNTS UP, NOT DOWN No fixed 25-minute Pomodoro cycles to fit your work into. You start the timer and it runs for as long as you are actually focused — five minutes or three hours. If you want breaks, set your own interval and Fopus will offer one; if you don't, it stays quiet. WHY A STUDY TIMER PER SUBJECT Most focus timers give you one number for the whole day. Fopus keeps a separate total for every subject, so you can see which one you have been avoiding. - Start a focus timer for any subject in two taps - Optional warm-up timer to ease into a session - Optional break reminders at an interval you choose - Sessions keep running when you leave the app or lock your phone BUILD THE STUDY HABIT - Daily streak — consecutive days you actually studied - Optional daily reminder so a streak never lapses unnoticed - A year-long calendar heatmap of every study day - Achievements for streaks, deep work, early mornings and late nights - Milestones for every subject, from your first 10 minutes to 10,000 hours SEE REAL PROGRESS - Total focus time per subject and across everything - This week at a glance, plus your average study day - Full session history you can edit if you forgot to stop the timer - Current and longest streak BUILT TO STAY OUT OF THE WAY No feed, no social pressure, no gamified pet to keep alive. Fopus is a focus timer and a study tracker — it counts your time honestly and gets out of the way. Your sessions sync to your account, so changing phones does not lose your history. Add an email whenever you like; Fopus works offline and without one. Fopus Premium unlocks streak stats, weekly totals and averages, and up to 100 subjects. The study timer itself is free, with no ads. Good for students revising for exams, university coursework, language learning, coding practice, music practice, deep work and anyone tracking focused hours.
