Vesta WMS Sync

Vesta WMS Sync is the mobile companion to Entution Vesta, the health logistics management information system used to manage the supply of medicines and health commodities. It brings warehouse tasks to the floor, so central warehouse staff can record stock movements where they happen. Built for central medical store and warehouse teams, Vesta WMS Sync supports three core activities: Receiving: record incoming health commodities against expected deliveries, capturing quantities, batch numbers and expiry dates on arrival. Releasing: process and confirm the issue of commodities from the central warehouse, so every outgoing movement is recorded accurately. Stock counting: carry out physical stock counts in the warehouse and submit the results for reconciliation with system records. All transactions sync with Entution Vesta, keeping warehouse stock information current and consistent with the central system. This reduces paper-based recording and double entry, improves the accuracy of stock records, and gives supply chain managers timely visibility of commodity availability. Vesta WMS Sync is intended for authorized users of Entution Vesta. A valid user account issued by your organization is required to sign in. Developed by Bileeta (Pvt) Ltd.
