Bid Mailers

Bid Mailers is a mobile app built for contractors and home improvement professionals to easily identify and mark homes in need of repairs. Designed to help roofing companies streamline their workflow, the app allows users to quickly tag properties for which custom estimates will be generated and mailed directly to homeowners. Key Features: Identify Potential Projects: Use the app to mark homes that need roofing or other exterior repairs. This helps roofing companies stay organized and ensure that no opportunity is missed. Seamless Estimate Process: After homes are tagged, Bid Mailers handles the next steps. We measure the properties, generate professional roofing estimates, and mail them directly to homeowners. Custom Bids: Each homeowner receives a detailed estimate tailored to their property, including pricing, size, and financing options. These estimates also include a QR code that allows homeowners to contact the company for more details. Efficient Project Identification: Focus your time on finding new projects while Bid Mailers manages the measuring, printing, and mailing of estimates. With Bid Mailers, home improvement contractors can streamline the process of identifying homes that need repairs, leaving the administrative tasks of creating and mailing custom estimates to us.
