biQuote: Quotes & Estimates

Build a quote on your phone, send it on WhatsApp and let your customer approve it from a link. Know when the quote is opened and when a decision is made. For tradespeople, contractors, service businesses, consultants and freelancers. How it works 1. Pick a customer or add one by name. 2. Type the line items or pick them from your product list; tax and totals are calculated for you. 3. Send by WhatsApp, email or SMS, or copy the link. 4. Your customer opens the quote on their phone, downloads the PDF and approves it by typing their name. They can also decline or ask for changes. Draft from a photo or your voice Snap the job, describe it by voice or type a few sentences, and biQuote suggests line items. Prices come from your product list or from the amount you mention, and you review every suggestion before it goes into the quote. Know what happens after you send • Get notified the first time a quote is opened • Approval, decline and change requests arrive through the same link; the approver's name and time are stored • When you edit a sent quote, the previous version is kept • Quotes past their valid-until date are marked as expired Type less • Duplicate an old quote and adapt it to a new job • Optional items: the total updates as your customer picks extras • Customer-specific prices are applied automatically when set • Unfinished quotes are kept on your phone Works with your biApp account biQuote uses the same account and data as the Quotes app in the biApp web panel. Documents for your country Document name, tax label and currency are preset for the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, Italy and Turkey. Quote PDFs are printed in English, German, Italian or Turkish. Free and Pro The free plan lets you send 5 quotes a month. Pro is an auto-renewing monthly or yearly subscription: it removes the monthly sending limit and turns on reminder emails and signature approval. Pro also applies in the web panel. The current price is shown in the app before you buy. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel it in your Google Play account settings. Terms of use: https://biapp.com.tr/terms Privacy policy: https://biapp.com.tr/privacy
