Sonora plays the audiobooks you already own. Point it at your MP3 files and it reads the title, author, narrator, cover art and chapter marks straight out of the ID3 tags, then keeps your place in every book down to the second. There is no catalogue, no store and no account. Nothing is uploaded, nothing is tracked, and once your files are on the device it works with the connection off.
