Full description

Inspired by Sahil Bloom's 5-5-5-30 method, BetterFit challenges you to complete 21 simple workouts with only 4 basic exercises. There's only one simple rule: Try to complete as many repetitions as you can in each exercise. Each workout is a new opportunity to beat your best. Start with 5-5-5-30 and focus on trying to do more, at least the same, and never less than your known best.
