The app then works in the background to map how you spend your time. It learns when you’re hitting your goals and when you’re likely to fall off track. BetterYou can update your progress and link it to your goals. When you’re falling behind, you’ll get a gentle nudge reminding you to get back on track. Features: Activity tracking - using Google Fit, BetterYou picks up your steps automatically and can share information with you about your step goal. Sleep tracking - BetterYou tracks disruptions in your sleep through your phone. Whether you’re on an app past your bedtime or you get up and get distracted, BetterYou will be there to help you get a better night’s sleep. Stay in touch - BetterYou can sync with your contacts and allow you to prioritize your “top people” you want to stay connected to. You can set a goal to call a specific friend or family member more. Visualize your progress- see your percentage completion for each goal and see specific tips for improvement visually over time. Places goals - set a goal to get out of the house more by adding social, education and mindfulness places (restaurant, classroom, yoga studio).
