Belleceo Pro

Belleceo Pro is the app for running your hair salon, barbershop, nail bar, beauty studio or spa from your phone: agenda, online bookings, clients, team and statistics all in one place. YOUR AGENDA, ALWAYS WITH YOU See the whole day or one worker at a time, with color-coded occupancy so you can tell at a glance how much of the day is still free. Filter appointments by status (pending, confirmed, in progress, completed, no-shows and cancelled) and by today, this week or this month. ONLINE BOOKINGS, EVEN WHILE YOU SLEEP Your clients book from the Belleceo app against your real availability, and the appointment lands straight in your agenda with an instant notification. You decide whether your business appears in public searches, and how much notice a client needs to cancel. CREATE AN APPOINTMENT IN SECONDS • Client, service, free slot and confirmation, in four steps. • Assign a specific professional, or leave it as "anyone available". • Recurring appointments every week, every 2 or every 4 weeks, generated automatically. STAY ON TOP OF EVERY APPOINTMENT Confirm, start, complete, mark a no-show or cancel (just that appointment, or the future ones in the series too). Reassign the professional, check notes and total price, and get a heads-up when it is that client's first visit. If you work at home addresses, the service address is right there in the appointment. YOUR CLIENTS, ON FILE • Search by name, email or phone, or create a new client in a minute. • Appointment history and booking summary: total, completed, pending, no-shows and total spend. • Internal notes and preferences, visible only to your business. YOUR TEAM Invite your staff by email, assign the services each of them performs in the salon or at home, log holidays, sick leave and other absences, and check their statistics. YOUR BUSINESS IN NUMBERS Revenue, appointments, new and served clients, occupancy, return rate, cancellation rate and no-show rate, top performers and top services, by week, month or year. YOUR PUBLIC PROFILE, YOUR WAY Services with price and duration (visible or hidden, in the salon or at home), opening hours with split shifts, closures for holidays, home service areas, logo and photo gallery. TALK TO YOUR CLIENTS Every appointment comes with a direct chat with the client, to confirm details, flag a change or answer a question, with no phone calls and no missed messages. REVIEWS AND REMINDERS Read your clients' reviews by worker and by service, with the average for each category, and reply from the app. Turn on automatic reminders the day before and a few hours before the appointment to cut down no-shows. EVERYTHING IN SYNC Push your appointments to your phone's calendar, get notified of every booking, change or message, and run several businesses from the same account. NO COMMISSION, NO IN-APP PAYMENTS Belleceo Pro has no in-app purchases, no booking commission and no subscription. Your clients pay you, at your business, just as they always have. BUILT AROUND YOUR PRIVACY • Password-free sign-in: your email and a one-time code. • No ads, no selling your data, no advertising trackers. • You can delete your account from inside the app, under Settings > Delete account. PERMISSIONS THIS APP USES • Notifications: bookings, changes, reminders and chat messages. • Photos (optional): only to pick your logo, your gallery photos or your profile picture. • Calendar (optional): only if you turn on appointment sync.
