Bellboy for Rider

The Bellboy Rider app is a real-time smart delivery platform for independent delivery partners. It is designed to offer all Riders a flexible schedule and fair earnings, aiming for the highest level of customer satisfaction. Features for Riders • Choose Your Own Deliveries: Select and carry out deliveries that fit your preferred time, area, and vehicle. • Automatic Earnings Settlement: Earnings from completed deliveries accumulate automatically in the app and are deposited into your designated bank account every week. • Clear Delivery Information: Easily check customer information, locations, and special requests in real-time within the app. • Training and Community Standards: Access basic guides and ethical standards to help maintain high service quality. Work on Your Own Terms • When you log in, you can view available deliveries on a map or as a list, and sort them by type or time to analyze your options. • You can choose deliveries based on your own schedule, location, and vehicle (bicycle, motorcycle, car). You select one vehicle type when logging in, and available delivery requests may be filtered accordingly. • Work flexibly without a fixed commute—perfect for both full-time and part-time partners. Earnings Settlement and Automatic Payouts • Once a delivery is complete, your earnings are settled automatically. Your accumulated weekly earnings are then automatically deposited into your designated bank account. • Commission rates and bonus policies for each delivery can be checked transparently within the app. • Generate stable and regular income that reflects your hard work and efficiency. Basic Training and Ethical Standards • Bellboy provides all Riders with training materials and guides on delivery procedures, important notices, service quality, and customer interaction. • To maintain service quality, you must adhere to a basic code of conduct and customer service standards. Rider performance is managed through customer ratings. • Riders who maintain a certain rating level will be eligible for "Top Rider" certification and additional benefits. Support System for Riders • Our operations team provides real-time support for technical stability, customer/Rider dispute resolution, and emergency requests. • We have established terms of service and insurance policies (offered depending on partnership agreements) to protect our Riders. Bellboy's Promise • Accurate and transparent deliveries powered by real-time technology. • A convenient app designed for both customers and Riders. • Prompt support and system management from our operations team. • Contributing to solving last-mile logistics challenges in the current delivery landscape.
