Full description

Belad Driver is an internal employee app for drivers of Belad Al Sham Passenger Transport Co. LLC, a licensed Dubai coach operator (trade licence 235829). It is not for the public. Accounts cannot be created in the app — our dispatch team creates each driver's login and hands it to them, so there is no sign-up and, by design, no in-app account deletion: accounts are created and deleted by our administration from the company dashboard, and a driver may request deletion from their dispatcher at any time (see our privacy policy). The app stores no email, no name entry, no payment data — only the assigned username. Location (when-in-use only, never background) is shared with our operations team only while the driver has started a trip, so passengers can follow their coach. What to test: sign in with the demo account → tap a trip → tap "Departed" (allow location) → tap each stop / border step → "Arrived" confirms completion. Demo trips are a sandbox and reset daily. Tested on physical iPhone 15 Pro Max and iOS Simulator; Android version published on Google Play. No third-party services except our own backend at www.beladelsham.com. English and Arabic. Screen recording attached.

Stability update for trip tracking. • Fixed a crash when the app was reopened after tracking a trip in the background. • Background location now reaches the operations team reliably during a trip. • Tracking starts the moment you tap Departed. • Clearer message when the phone's Location switch is off or sign-in is locked.
