Holdfast: Fasting Timer

Holdfast is an intermittent fasting timer that does one thing properly: it tells you exactly how long you have been fasting, and exactly how long is left. AN ACCURATE COUNTDOWN Most fasting happens while you sleep, with the app closed and the screen off. Holdfast never counts in the background — it works out the elapsed time from the moment you started. Close the app, restart your phone, leave it untouched for sixteen hours: the count is still right when you come back. CHOOSE YOUR PROTOCOL 12:12, 14:10, 16:8, 18:6, 20:4, 23:1, or any duration you set yourself. Change protocol whenever you like — your past fasts keep the target they were started with, so your history stays true. KNOW WHEN IT MATTERS A notification when you reach your target, and another when your eating window closes. Nothing in between. SEE YOUR PRACTICE Current streak, success rate, average and longest fast. A fourteen-day chart that shows the days you fasted and the days you did not. A weekly goal, if you want one. YOUR DATA STAYS ON YOUR PHONE No account. No sign-up. No server. Nothing is uploaded, because there is nowhere to upload it to. Holdfast works with no connection at all, and you can erase your whole history in two taps. ELEVEN LANGUAGES English, French, Spanish, Portuguese, German, Chinese, Russian, Arabic, Hindi, Bengali and Indonesian. FREE, SUPPORTED BY ADS Holdfast is free. Ads pay for it. Optional rewarded videos unlock comfort settings — a sound at your target, an animated background — for 24 hours. Your fasts, your history and your statistics are never behind an ad. Holdfast is a timer, not medical advice. Intermittent fasting does not suit everyone. Speak to a doctor before you start, particularly if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, diabetic, taking medication, or have a history of eating disorders.
