BeBetter Challenge helps teams build healthier routines through simple daily tracking, automatic activity insights and positive organization challenges. Track what matters: • Daily steps from Health Connect • Sleep duration from Health Connect and supported wearable devices • Water intake and meal balance • Exercise type and duration • Mood, stress and medication routines • Daily wellness score and progress trends Stay motivated: • View your progress through a calendar-based history • Follow personalized, respectful wellness reminders • Participate in your organization’s private leaderboard • Compare progress while keeping organizations separate • Review daily and long-term wellness trends Built for private wellness programs: Access requires Google Sign-In and an invitation from a participating organization. There is no public organization directory, and members only see information belonging to their own organization. BeBetter Challenge may request Health Connect, physical activity, notification and background permissions to keep permitted step and sleep information current. Health information is not used for advertising or marketing. BeBetter Challenge supports general wellness and habit formation. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment advice.
