Sleeve Grade

Sleeve Grade is an offline-first vinyl record collection grader for collectors who curate one named crate at a time. Cold start opens a fullscreen crate-grid: a dense rows-by-columns surface of spine and jacket cards for the active crate. Each tile shows artist, title, media grade, and sleeve grade at a glance, color-coded by the lowest of media versus sleeve so weaker copies stand out immediately. Tap a tile to grade media and sleeve with Goldmine-style scores (M, NM, VG+, VG, G+, G, F, P). Add optional notes on warps, seam splits, ring wear, and spindle marks. Log pressing identity—label, catalog number, country, year, format (LP, 12", 7", box), and free-text matrix/runout or dead-wax codes. Record price paid, currency, purchase date, and source (shop, fair, online, gift). Assign named crates and shelf codes so every copy has a physical find path straight from the grid. Build a collector’s crate index without leaving the grid. Create multiple named crates (Jazz 12", Singles, Sealed) and jump with the multi-crate switcher. Mark wishlist and want-list flags, then filter to owned, wishlist, or needs-regrade only. Chip rails sort and filter by artist, grade band, year, label, price band, or missing matrix—applied live over the crate-grid. A seed demo crate ships with 12 sample LPs: realistic artists, pressings, matrix stubs, mixed grades, prices, and shelf slots for first-run screenshots.
