Bautimer

Know after every job site whether it paid off. Bautimer is the job-site app for landscaping and construction companies. The crew fills in the daily report on a tablet right on site. The office sees hours, quantities and photos immediately, bills from them and compares planned with actual costs per site. No more hours or material lost because the paperwork was missing. For the crew • Daily report with hours per employee, machine usage, material and photos • Tick off the site's tasks and record reported quantities • Works offline: entries are saved and uploaded as soon as the connection is back For the office • Job sites with customer, address, tasks and all attachments in one place • Task catalog with cost components: labor minutes, machine minutes, material, other costs • Quotes with groups, position numbers and PDF export • Billing of the hours and tasks delivered per site • Cost overview per site: planned versus actual costs • Manage employees, machines, material and absences Access Bautimer is set up per company. Bautimer creates the user accounts for your company; there is no self-registration in the app. Information and trial access at https://bautimer.com
