Basisthan

Basisthan is a digital solution tailored for the hospitality sector, focusing on hotels and restaurants. Currently, the app serves hotel staff by offering an efficient platform to manage room reservations and streamline their operations. We understand that managing hotel bookings, checking room availability, and coordinating with guests can often be time-consuming and prone to errors if done manually or through fragmented systems. Basisthan aims to centralize and automate these processes, ensuring that hotel staff can handle reservations efficiently and that no guest is left waiting or unsatisfied. But that’s just the beginning. We have big plans for Basisthan. In the near future, we’ll roll out user-facing features that will allow guests to explore hotels, view room details, and book accommodations with ease—directly from their devices. By integrating user and staff functionalities into one seamless platform, we’re laying the groundwork for the future of digital hospitality. We’ve built Basisthan from the ground up, understanding the specific needs of hotel employees and addressing the challenges they face on a daily basis. By streamlining reservations, the app helps hotel teams work more cohesively and boosts overall efficiency.
