Hardwyn Loyalty

Hardwyn Loyalty is the official rewards programme app for Hardwyn — Perfection Redefined, since 1965. Built for carpenters, contractors and trade partners who work with Hardwyn hardware, the app turns every genuine Hardwyn purchase into reward points you can redeem for rewards you actually want. EARN POINTS BY SCANNING Scan the QR code on your Hardwyn product with the in-app scanner to register your purchase and get points credited to your wallet. No paperwork, no waiting. You can also submit a purchase receipt and let the app read it for you. TRACK EVERY POINT Your points wallet shows a full history of everything you have earned and redeemed, so the balance is never a mystery. A dedicated "Ways to Earn" section shows you exactly how to earn more. REDEEM FOR REWARDS Browse the rewards catalogue, view full details of any reward before you commit, and track the status of every redemption you have made. Vouchers you earn are stored in the app and are always available when you need them. CLIMB THE TIERS As you keep earning, you move up loyalty tiers. Your tier status screen shows where you stand and what the next level unlocks. WIN MORE WITH GAMES AND CHALLENGES Take part in challenges, spin the wheel, scratch cards, answer quiz questions and chase achievements. Compare your standing with other members on the leaderboard. OFFERS MADE FOR YOU See current Hardwyn offers and promotions in one place, and save the rewards you are working towards to your wishlist. REFER AND EARN Invite other tradespeople to the Hardwyn programme through the built-in referral section and be rewarded when they join. SHOWCASE YOUR WORK Build a portfolio of your completed jobs inside the app and let your craftsmanship speak for itself. TRANSFER POINTS Send points to another member of the Hardwyn programme directly from the app. QUICK, SECURE SIGN-IN Sign in with your mobile number and a one-time password — no password to remember. Turn on fingerprint or face unlock to keep your account locked to you. COMPLETE YOUR KYC IN THE APP Finish your verification digitally with PAN, Digilocker or document upload, so your rewards are never held up. STAY INFORMED The notifications centre keeps every update, offer and points confirmation in one place, and push notifications mean you never miss a reward.
