Movement Record by BaseCheck Live

Keep a clear history of cracks in your property. Movement Record by BaseCheck brings dated photos, measurements and notes together so you can compare visits and share a PDF record with a professional. MARK EACH LOCATION Create a property record, choose a simple floor-plan layout and mark where each crack or visible defect is located. Return to the same marked locations on your next visit. RECORD WHAT YOU SEE Add dated photos, measurements, conditions and notes. Record the measurement method you used, such as a ruler, tape measure, printed crack marker or tell-tale gauge. COMPARE YOUR RECORDS Keep observations from multiple visits in one property history. Review earlier photos and measurements to see what you have recorded over time. EXPORT AND SHARE Export a dated PDF for your own records or to share with an engineer, contractor or other property professional. FOR HOMEOWNERS AND PROPERTY PROFESSIONALS A practical recordkeeping tool for homeowners, landlords, property managers, inspectors and contractors. Movement Record documents your observations. It does not provide structural advice, an engineering assessment, a diagnosis or a determination of whether a property is safe.
