Bar Prep

Bar Prep is the bartender-first prep and batching tool built to make beverage service faster, simpler, and more consistent. Built by bartenders, for bartenders. Turn cocktail recipes into practical production numbers without doing the math yourself. Scale drinks for service, calculate exact liquid totals, convert between oz, mL and liters, estimate bottle requirements, and keep fresh or carbonated ingredients separate until service. BATCH COCKTAILS FAST Scale recipes by drink count and get exact quantities for spirits, citrus, syrups, bitters and other ingredients. BUILD YOUR PREP Save house-made syrups, juices, cordials, infusions, garnishes and other prep recipes. Link house preps directly to cocktails and batches so you can see what actually needs to be made. KNOW WHAT TO PREP Bar Prep turns drink demand into an actionable prep plan, helping you see how much of each ingredient or house prep you need before service. TRACK FRESHNESS Record production lots, storage information and your venue-approved shelf life. Use the Freshness Board to keep track of what was made and what needs attention. MAKE PREP LABELS Create practical labels for house-made prep so your team can stay organized and consistent. VOICE, PHOTO & PASTE INPUT Enter information the way that works best during bar prep, including voice input and recipe/photo scanning where supported. MADE FOR REAL BAR WORK Bar Prep supports bartender-friendly measurements including ounces, milliliters, liters and bottles, while keeping the workflow simple enough to use during an actual shift. Whether you're preparing for a normal night, a high-volume service or a large event, Bar Prep helps turn cocktail recipes into a clear production plan. Less math. Less guessing. Better prep. Shelf-life and preservation information is provided as operational guidance only. Always follow your venue's approved food-safety procedures, manufacturer instructions and applicable regulations.
