Bagzo brings the family-run grocers, specialty markets, butchers and bakeries of your neighbourhood together in one app. Order from the shops near you and have it delivered in about an hour, or collect it yourself when it suits. Independent stores stock what the major supermarkets do not: specialty produce, regional ingredients, and the brands your household actually buys. Bagzo makes their shelves available in a few taps. HOW IT WORKS 1. Enter your address. Bagzo shows the stores that deliver to you. 2. Browse each store's catalogue, with current availability and the store's own prices. 3. Add items to your cart and check out securely by card. 4. Staff at the shop pick your order by hand. 5. Follow the delivery on a live map until it reaches your door. Prefer to collect your order? Switch to Pickup and order ahead from any participating store nearby. WHAT YOU CAN ORDER • Fresh fruit and vegetables from local produce stalls • Halal butchers and fresh seafood • South Asian groceries, including spices, dals, rice, atta and sweets • East and South East Asian ingredients, including sauces, noodles, tofu and frozen goods • Bakery, dairy, chilled and pantry staples for the weekly shop • Drinks, snacks and household essentials PICKED BY THE PEOPLE WHO KNOW THE SHELVES Every order is picked by staff at the store, not from a warehouse. If an item has sold out, they will not substitute it without asking. They send you the closest replacement in the app, with a photo and the price, and you accept or decline it. Anything you decline is not charged. You can message the store about your order at any time. DELIVERY YOU CAN FOLLOW Once your order is on its way you can track the delivery on a live map and see who is bringing it. CLEAR PRICING Each store sets its own prices, and you see them on every item. Delivery and any applicable fees are shown before you pay, so the total at checkout is the total you are charged. IF SOMETHING IS NOT RIGHT Select Report a problem on any order and choose the items affected. Most issues can be reported within 48 hours of delivery, and out-of-date items within a week. Every report is reviewed by a person. SUPPORTING LOCAL BUSINESS Every order you place goes to an independent, locally owned business rather than a national chain. WHERE WE DELIVER Bagzo is launching in Hurstville and the surrounding suburbs, including Allawah, Carlton, Kogarah, Penshurst, Mortdale, Beverly Hills, Bexley and Rockdale. If your address falls outside the current delivery area, the app will tell you rather than accept an order it cannot fulfil. YOUR ACCOUNT AND YOUR PRIVACY Sign in with Google or with your email address. Location access is requested only when you choose to find stores near you, and notifications only once you have an order to follow.
