Baery: Cake Order Manager

Stop juggling screenshots, DMs, and sticky notes to run your cake or cookie business. Baery is built specifically for solo home bakers and custom cake/cookie decorators — the ones who take orders over Instagram DMs, texts, and phone calls, and also sell in person at markets, bazaars, and pop-ups. Free to download. WHY BAERY IS DIFFERENT Free, real business tools. Order management, recipe costing, inventory, CRM, and a mini POS — all free to use, right from install. Works completely offline. Your kitchen doesn't always have signal. Your business app shouldn't need it. Every feature in Baery — order tracking, recipe costing, inventory, client records — works with zero internet connection. Nothing syncs to a server because there is no server. Your data stays on your device. AI-POWERED DM-TO-ORDER Copy your customer's message from Instagram, WhatsApp, or texts — paste it into Baery — and it's converted into a structured draft order automatically. No more retyping the same details you already have in the message. AVAILABLE IN MULTIPLE LANGUAGES Run your bakery business in the language you're most comfortable working in. SNAP A PHOTO, GET A RECIPE Take a picture of a handwritten recipe card or a screenshot from anywhere, and Baery extracts the ingredients and steps for you — no manual retyping. SYNC ORDERS TO YOUR CALENDAR Orders sync straight to your calendar, so pickup and delivery dates never sneak up on you. PRICE EVERY VARIANT OF A RECIPE Different size, different flavor, different price — set costing per variant instead of guessing one number for a recipe that never sells the same way twice. REAL OVERHEAD COSTING Factor in packaging, utilities, and other overhead — not just ingredients — so your margin numbers reflect what a cake actually costs to make. DUPLICATE ANY RECIPE Start a new recipe from an existing one instead of rebuilding costing from scratch every time. WHAT'S INSIDE Custom Order Manager Track every custom cake, cookie, or dessert order from first inquiry to final pickup. No more scrolling through old text threads trying to remember what someone ordered or when it's due. Recipe Cost Calculator Know your real profit margin on every recipe and every variant — down to the ingredient and overhead cost. Duplicate a recipe to build a new one fast, and see a redesigned costing screen that's easier to scan at a glance. Smart Inventory & Waste Tracker Scan a barcode to add stock in seconds — no more manually typing in every bag of flour or bottle of food coloring. Know what you have, what you're low on, and what's about to go to waste. Lightweight CRM Remember every client's allergies, favorite flavors, past orders, and preferences without digging through your camera roll or DM history. Mini POS Ring up in-person sales at markets, bazaars, and pop-ups — right alongside the DM and text orders you're already tracking, all in the same app. Tapped the wrong button in a rush? Undo it in one tap. WHO IT'S FOR Home bakers running a side business or full-time cottage bakery Custom cake and cookie decorators managing orders through Instagram, text, or phone Bakers who also sell in person at markets, bazaars, or pop-up events Anyone who wants real business tools without paying for them upfront Bakers who want their business data to stay private and on their own device Baery was built by someone who talked to solo bakers about what actually slows them down — and it wasn't a lack of features, it was clunky tools built for large storefronts and multi-location bakeries, not for one person running a kitchen table business. Download free. Bake without limits.
