OrderPick is for bike shops that sell online through Workstand and keep stock in Lightspeed Retail. It puts every web order in front of the staff who can fill it. What it does - Shows each new web order within minutes, and alerts the store that has the item. - Shows stock at every store for each item, and what the supplier has when no store does. - Scan an item's barcode to confirm the exact size and color before it leaves the shelf. - Ship with a tracking number or stage an order for pickup. Workstand is updated for you, if the owner has turned that on. - Flags orders that need attention: not in stock anywhere, payment not captured, or an address that doesn't match its ZIP code. Built for a shop floor - Each person signs in by scanning a setup card. There are no passwords to hand out. - Pickers pick and ship. Managers can also take payment and cancel. Every action is recorded with a name. - OrderPick only reads from Lightspeed. It never changes stock, prices, or sales. Try it without an account Open the app and tap "Try the demo shop" to practice on made-up orders. OrderPick needs a shop account set up by Backspin Labs. What's new

Order rows now show more of what the Workstand note says: to order, waiting on customer, and coming from another store. Product photos on every item row. Payment capture results show wherever you are in the app.
