Back2Buy is an online shop. Browse, order, pay, track the parcel — and on the products that carry it, money comes back to you after the order arrives. WHAT COMES BACK Not every product carries an offer. The ones that do say so on the product page, before you order, and there are two kinds. A product can carry either or both. Reward points. A share of the price, added to your account once, after the order is delivered and checked by the shop. One point is one rupee. Points do not expire, there is no minimum to use them, and they can pay for a whole order. Money back. On selected products the shop sends money to you after delivery, in separate payments spread over time. The product page shows how many payments, what each one is, and the date each falls due — before you order. Those dates then sit on your order so you can follow them. This is a shop promotion on the goods you buy. It is not a savings product, a deposit, or an investment, and the shop is not a financial institution. You buy a product at the price shown. What comes back afterwards is the shop's own offer, applies only where the product says so, and follows the terms you accept at checkout. HOW ORDERING WORKS 1. Pick what you want, and check what that product offers. 2. Pay by bank transfer or UPI and send the screenshot or reference, pay with store credit, or choose cash on delivery where it is available. 3. The shop checks the payment and sends the parcel, with a tracking number. 4. After it arrives, anything owed to you arrives on the dates you were shown. EVERYTHING IN ONE PLACE - Your orders, and where each parcel is - Every payment coming back to you, with its date and whether it has been sent - Your points and your store credit, each with a full history of every movement - Your GST invoice for every order, ready to save or share - Returns, with the refund worked out in front of you STORE CREDIT Store credit is a balance the shop keeps for you to spend here. It can also be sent to another Back2Buy account using that account's eight-character id. Your account id is also your invite code. CLEAR ABOUT THE MONEY Every figure is shown before you commit to it, and the schedule you are shown is the schedule the shop pays. If you send something back, whatever has already reached you is subtracted and you are shown that subtraction. Nothing is hidden in a footnote. Offers, amounts and timings are set by the shop and can change for future orders. What applies to an order you have already placed is fixed at the moment you place it, and is recorded with that order. Prices are in Indian rupees and include GST. The shop sells within India only.
