Shadow Work - Shadow Forge

Shadow Forge is a guided journal for the parts of yourself you have long ignored, judged, or hidden. Rooted in Jungian psychology, shadow work is the practice of looking at what lives below the surface: the emotions, traits, and desires you learned to push away. Each session gives you a written prompt, a grounding ritual, and a body check-in, so you can write with care and come back to yourself afterwards. HOW IT WORKS Your inner work is organized in 3 stages and 25 sessions. Stage 1 - Shadow (7 sessions, free) Meet the parts you cast away. Explore projections, triggers, and the qualities you deny in yourself. At the end, your shadow archetype is revealed, along with the Exile it has been protecting. Stage 2 - Integration (10 sessions, subscribers) Stop fighting what you found. Learn to own the shadow instead of being owned by it. Stage 3 - Self (8 sessions, subscribers) Live from a more complete version of yourself. YOUR ARCHETYPE Your archetype is one of seven shadow patterns, drawn from a short opening quiz and your own session answers. It comes with an Exile card that names the wound beneath it. WHAT YOU GET - Guided prompts for every session - Grounding breathwork before each session, and a grounding exercise available anytime - A body check-in to notice where emotion lives as sensation - Trigger and Glimmer tracker: log what drains you and what lifts you, and see the pattern over 14 days - The Mirror: a 5-question reflection on how you show up with others - Shadow dialogue and Both are true: two longer writing practices (subscribers) - A crystal that grows with your progress, one facet per session - A daily symbol, and Then and now to read your own words side by side - Carry-forward: one small thing from a session comes back the next day - App lock, discreet reminders, and delete all data any time - Private journal, daily streak, calendar, and home screen widget - Backup and restore from Settings - 11 languages PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your journal entries are stored on your device.
