「打設記録」は、コンクリート打設時の生コン車ごとの時刻や数量を記録し、待ち時間や実打設時間、打設ペースを確認・分析できる施工管理者向けアプリです。生コン車ごとに、出荷時刻、到着時刻、圧送開始時刻、圧送終了時刻、数量、実車両番号などを記録できます。入力した記録から、開始前時間、車両待ち時間、空白時間、除外時間、実打設時間、実打設ペースなどを自動で集計します。【主な機能】・コンクリート打設記録の作成・生コン車ごとの出荷、到着、圧送開始、圧送終了時刻の記録・車両番号、数量の記録・時刻や数量の修正・待ち時間、空白時間の分析・開始前時間、除外時間、実打設時間の算出・実打設ペースの算出・個別打設の分析・現場別、プラント別、時間帯別の分析・ロス理由別の分析・配車間隔の分析・打設履歴の確認、編集、削除・PDFプレビュー打設中の記録だけでなく、完了後の履歴確認や複数の打設実績を比較する分析にも対応しています。現場ごとの打設状況や生コン車の配車状況を振り返り、待ち時間や打設ペースの確認、今後の施工計画の検討に活用できます。本アプリの記録データは、原則として利用端末内に保存されます。 ※本アプリで表示される分析結果は、入力された記録をもとに算出されます。施工、安全、品質等に関する最終的な判断は、現場の状況や関係基準をご確認のうえ行ってください。
