Homee FixBuddy is the vendor companion app for the Homee facility-management platform. It gives service vendors and field technicians a simple way to receive, track, and resolve resident complaints assigned to them. KEY FEATURES • Secure email + OTP login — no passwords to remember. • View all complaints assigned to you, with priority and status at a glance. • Accept or reject new assignments, and update progress as you work: on-site, on-hold, resume, and resolve. • See the issue exactly as the resident reported it — photos and videos included. • Upload proof-of-work photos when you complete a job. • Share a completion code with the resident to confirm the work is done. • Push notifications keep you updated when new complaints are assigned. • Switch between societies you serve from a single account. Built for speed and clarity so you spend less time on paperwork and more time fixing things. This app is intended for registered service vendors only.
