Save a fantasy kingdom in a retro 2D pixel-art Metroidvania RPG. Monsters have invaded the land under the command of an evil dragon. During the attack, the king and princess are kidnapped. Now Axel must set out on a dangerous journey to rescue them and restore peace to the kingdom. Axel Quest is a 2D action-adventure with RPG progression and Metroidvania elements, combining responsive platforming, sword-based combat, exploration and character upgrades. Explore varied areas, uncover hidden paths, defeat dangerous monsters and face challenging boss battles.
