Expiry Date Tracker & Reminder

Expiry Dates is a shelf life calculator and an expiry tracker in one app. Work out a best before date in three seconds, keep track of your fridge, medicine cabinet and cosmetics, and get a reminder before anything goes off. EXPIRY DATE CALCULATOR • Production date + shelf life = best before • Shelf life in hours, days, months and years. Hours are counted to the minute, as prepped food needs • Reverse mode: get the production date from the expiry date and the shelf life • Shelf life left in percent, handy when accepting a delivery • Months follow the calendar, so February is never treated as 30 days • A switch for “production day counts as day one” • History of calculations and one-line sharing The calculator is free and works offline. EXPIRY TRACKER Add an item with just a name and a date. The home screen shows what to eat first: expired, expiring today, expiring soon and still fresh. A freshness bar sums up the whole fridge at a glance. REMINDERS THAT ARRIVE One notification a day at the time you choose, only when something is about to go off. Items with a shelf life in hours get a separate reminder two hours before the end. You choose how far ahead to be warned. A DIFFERENT DATE AFTER OPENING Opened milk, a sauce or a face cream? Tap “Opened today” and the app recalculates the date. Works for cosmetics with the 12M symbol and for medicine. BARCODE SCANNER Scan a barcode and the app remembers the product name, category and usual shelf life. Next time the card fills itself in. STORAGE GUIDE 65 foods: how long they keep in the fridge, after opening and in the freezer. Data comes from the open USDA FoodKeeper database. Add any food from the guide to your stock in one tap.
