RideNXT is self-service car rental. Find a car near you, book it, unlock it with your phone and drive away — no counter, no paperwork, no waiting for keys. Key features • Find a car nearby Browse available vehicles on the map and filter by vehicle type, number of seats and fuel type. Every listing shows where the car is, how far away it is and what it costs before you commit to anything. • Book in a few taps Enter the hours and kilometres you expect to need and review the estimated price. Apply a coupon code if you have one. The summary sets out the rental price, the refundable security deposit and the total charged to your card, so the payment screen holds no surprises. • Sign and pay in the app Sign your rental agreement digitally and pay securely by card. Add, replace or remove your saved cards whenever you like. • Keyless access Once you are at the vehicle, unlock it from the app with location services and Bluetooth switched on. The unlock is carried out by our systems, so there is no physical key to collect and nobody to meet. • Document the vehicle Photograph the car's condition before you set off, so damage that was already there never becomes your problem, and report anything new when you finish. • End your ride and get your invoice Your final price reflects what you actually used. Your rental agreement, receipts and invoices stay available to download as PDF. • Transactions Review your transaction history in My Wallet, filter it by date, and download the invoice for any completed ride. • Support when you need it Search the FAQs, raise a support ticket, or chat with the RideNXT support team. • Ratings and reviews Rate your ride when it ends, and read what other customers said about a vehicle before you book it. • English and German Switch language at any time. What you will need • An internet connection • Location access, to show vehicles near you and to confirm you are at the car when you unlock it • Camera access, for your registration documents and the vehicle condition photos • Bluetooth switched on at the unlock step • A valid driving licence, uploaded during registration — rental eligibility is checked before you can book RideNXT uses your location only while you are using the app. It does not track your location in the background and does not record your position when the app is closed.
