Steadi

Steadi is a simple coordination app for separated, blended, and co-parenting families. Most family tools treat you like a project manager. Steadi treats you like a parent. It keeps calendars, handovers, messages, expenses, and important notes in one private place so nothing falls through the cracks. Shared calendar: see who is where, plan swaps, and get clear on upcoming events. Handover: leave context for the other parent so pickups run smoothly even when you are not speaking. Messages: keep communication focused on the kids without opening another chat app. Expenses: track shared costs, split them fairly, and upload receipts so money stops being a fight. Elm: AI that helps when you ask, never decides for you, and never drafts a message without your approval. Kids' Place: a tap-only space for children under 13 with parent-curated lists and no free-text. Teen accounts: invite 13–17-year-olds to manage their own schedule while parents stay connected. Support people and observers: give family members, coaches, or professionals the exact access they need. Court-ready export: generate a clear, dated record of calendar, messages, and expenses for legal matters. Steadi is $19.99 USD per month or $179 USD per year. Only the primary parent pays; invited parents, support people, and observers join free. Start with a 14-day free trial, no card required. Built for privacy, not surveillance. Your household data is yours.
