Full description

The honest ride is here. Surge pricing is the only thing that gets more expensive the moment you need it most. Raining? Surge. 3am? Surge. Flight to catch? Surge. RiLo is the opposite of that. RiLo connects you to local, regulated Vancouver taxis at a fixed fare. The fare you see when you book is the fare you pay at drop-off. We call it Fare Lock, and it is on every ride, every time. No algorithm, no surprises. BOOK A VANCOUVER TAXI IN TWO TAPS Enter your pickup and drop-off, see your locked fare, confirm. A local cab is on the way. Book a taxi now or book ahead for early flights, ferries, appointments and nights out. AIRPORT TAXI TO YVR Same fixed fare to Vancouver International Airport whether it is 3pm or 3am. Lock your fare before you leave for the airport and skip the surge. WHY RIDERS CHOOSE RILO Fare Lock, always on: the price you see is the price you pay. No surge pricing, ever: same fare at 3pm or 3am, rain or shine. Local, professional taxi drivers from Black Top and Checker Cabs, Vancouver's trusted taxi fleet. 400+ vehicles across Metro Vancouver, including EV SUVs and hybrid wagons. Wheelchair accessible taxis (WAV) with room for luggage and family. Regulated fares, licensed drivers, in-vehicle cameras and driver ID on every ride. Pay your way with Apple Pay, Google Pay or card, in the app. Sign in with Google, save your home and work, and rebook in a tap. 24/7 local human support: real people in Vancouver you can call. WHERE RILO TAKES YOU Anywhere in the Lower Mainland: Downtown Vancouver, Kitsilano, Yaletown, Mount Pleasant, the West End, UBC, Burnaby, Richmond, Surrey, the North Shore, the Tri-Cities, Delta, Langley, Maple Ridge and White Rock. Rides to YVR at the same locked fare. Catching a ferry? Book ahead and your cab is waiting at the terminal. Outside Vancouver, pre-book so a car is assigned to you in advance. RIDE LOCAL RiLo is powered by Black Top and Checker Cabs. Same ride. Same price. Always. Every fare goes to a local driver, not an algorithm. Download RiLo and lock your first fare today.
