Aurora Flow

Aurora Flow is a quiet focus timer for people who want to work in blocks and actually stop when the block ends. It runs entirely on your device, with no sign-in, no network connection, and no ads. FOCUS Pick a block length, start the ring, and work. Aurora Flow moves between focus blocks and short breaks on its own, with a longer break after every fourth block. The countdown is tied to the system clock, so it stays accurate even when the app is in the background. BREATHE Three guided patterns: box breathing, 4-7-8, and an even five in, five out. An orb grows on the inhale and settles on the exhale, so you can follow the rhythm without counting in your head. INSIGHTS A seven-day chart, your current day streak, all-time totals, and a set of milestones to work toward. Only finished blocks are counted, so skipping an interval never inflates your numbers. BUILT TO STAY OUT OF THE WAY - No permissions requested - No internet access, so nothing can be sent anywhere - No accounts, no ads, no analytics, no tracking - Works on phones, tablets, foldables, and in split screen - Light, dark, and system themes, plus optional wallpaper colours on Android 12 and later - Option to keep the screen on while a timer runs - A short vibration when an interval ends, which you can turn off YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS Your settings and session history are written to the app's private storage on your device. There is no server and no account, so there is nothing to sync and nothing to leak. You can erase your history at any time from Settings, and uninstalling the app removes everything. Aurora Flow does not ask you to sign up, does not interrupt you with notifications you did not choose, and does not sell anything inside the app. The breathing exercises are intended for general relaxation. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you have a health condition affected by breathing exercises, speak to a clinician first.
